(NASDAQ: TNDM), a medical device company and manufacturer of the t:slim ® Insulin Pump, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 9,200,000 shares of common stock at a price of $15.00 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares. All of the shares in the offering were offered by Tandem. Tandem's common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "TNDM."
BofA Merrill Lynch and Piper Jaffray acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Deutsche Bank Securities and Stifel acted as co-managers.
