(NASDAQ: TNDM), a medical device company and manufacturer of the t:slim® and t:flex™ Insulin Pumps, today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 6,037,500 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $11.50 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase up to an additional 787,500 shares. All of the shares in the offering were offered by Tandem.
BofA Merrill Lynch and Piper Jaffray acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Deutsche Bank Securities and Stifel acted as co-managers.
